End of week 1–2
A walkthrough of exactly which workflow we'd automate first, the tools and agents that will run it, what it costs, and what it returns. You decide before any build starts.

We build the agents in your environment against your real documents and systems. Every rule comes from what your own team told us in the audit.
Weeks 2–3 and beyond
Agents go live with a person approving every action. Autonomy is earned over the following month as the approval queue proves the error rate — and we stay on retainer to maintain, tune and expand.
